Specialist opinion

At Modern Physiotherapy, we have a full-time Specialist Physiotherapist (As awarded by Australian College of Physiotherapist) offering second opinion to individuals with complex conditions, not improving with current treatment, would like a clear treatment plan, or want to optimise their recovery.

Post-graduate education

Our physiotherapists are Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists with a Post-Graduate Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy, involved in under-graduate tutoring and are actively engaged in on-going professional development to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.

Excellence in Manual Therapy

We believe in a biopsychosocial approach in managing musculoskeletal conditions. A big part of this is to provide effective hands-on manual therapy when indicated to optimize the rehabilitation process. We are proud to be involved with the internationally recognised post-graduate course Manual Concepts.

Experience as athletes

Our physiotherapists have an extensive background in competitive sports. We understand the physical and mental demands of being a competitive athlete.

Radial Shockwave therapy

Our clinic is equipped with a Radial Shockwave Therapy machine which has been shown to promote recovery for a range of musculo-tendinous injuries.
