Seif Wardani
APA Titled Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Seif has a strong “hands-on” manual therapy approach, which he then translates into functional movement rehabilitation to facilitate the best possible results combining the two intervention pathways simultaneously. He is a strong believer in early intervention alongside functional rehabilitation to facilitate the best possible long-term outcomes for his clients. Being qualified as a Strength & Conditioning Coach by the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA), Seif’s early focus on specific functional rehabilitation quickly translates into Strength & Conditioning loading parameters to achieve the robustness & resilience our bodies need to navigate the demands of sports, occupational tasks, or general activities of daily living.
He enjoys problem solving through complex, long-standing, multi-joint injuries utilising several techniques and modalities that he has honed over the years. Seif has a keen interest in complex shoulder injuries, hip & groin presentations, as well as early intervention methods for acute spinal presentations that facilitate more efficient long-term healing and progression. Seif also utilises Dry Needling as a conjunct modality in a lot of his treatments with great effect, especially for quick resolution of cervicogenic headaches and cervical related vertigo.
Outside of his working hours, you will probably find Seif getting re-acquainted with the Australian landscape having spent so many years abroad now. Boating, Fishing, Surfing, and a few weekend trips to Rotto will always be on the cards!
